About the Accounting team
The Accounting team’s main responsibilities include:
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close internal and external reporting, including annual reports for all legal entities within the Group, interim reporting and internal reporting to FP&A as part of the monthly closing
Ensure all financial statements are compliant with legal requirements and policies
Support the organization with financial data
The Accounting team consists of 10+ individuals based in Stockholm. The Group Accounting Manager reports to the Director of Finance & Accounting.
About the role
The overall responsibility of the Group consolidation
Ensure that the Group is IFRS compliant
Superuser of the Group’s consolidation system, Aaro.
Work closely with the different accounting teams in Sweden, USA and France.
Together with the Director of Finance & Accounting plan and manage the year end closing process and make sure that the process for external audit is effectively completed
What you’ll do
Consolidate the 30+ entities in the Group in accordance with IFRS.
Together with the Director of Finance & Accounting being responsible for the Group’s financial statements.
Take ownership of the implementation and continuous updating of accounting principles and processes, including the chart of accounts.
Who you are
A university degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a similar field
Previous experience from group accounting
Solid and on-the-field knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP)
Previous experience from a public and global environment is a plus
Previous experience from working in Aaro
Driven to exceed expectations – high achiever

Be able to quickly adapt to new conditions as the group grows rapidly
Excellent analytical skills, curiosity and problem-solving capability
Fluent in English
